Organic Nettle Powder

Nettle Powder is a anti microbial, anti oxidant, anti-ulcer and pain relieving herb. Stinging nettle is a popular treatment for seasonal allergies because it is antihistamine so it helps with itchy eyes, running nose, hives and more. The anti inflammatory effects help relieve arthritis as well. 

To brew, just pour 8 ounces of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the Alfalfa Leaf and let steep for at least 5 minutes before drinking. Add a sweetener and/or lemon, milk to your taste and enjoy.
